I have been meaning to post about busy last Saturday. School’s Military Day here! It’s like field demonstration, alumnae homecoming, parent’s day, open campus, evening dance – all in one day.
The highlights were when the parade, when the cadets were all presented in the white uniform, and in the evening – the sword drill that opened the dance. Hubby and I attended the evening dance but mostly separately, for hubby was there on a work capacity. I was with Lori and her girls.
For Matthew, the highlight was bouncing at the Space Walk (inflatable playhouse). He was there from morning til afternoon and didn’t show any signs that he is unable to keep up with the bigger kids.

Very cool. My hubbie jumps outta copters and the kids always LOVE to go see them.
